February 12, 2010	Update on US-301 Construction The FDOT has advised the District that work will commence on Panther Trace Boulevard beginning the night of February 22, 2010. The initial work will include milling and resurfacing of the intersection. This type of work is very dynamic, so the lane closure set-ups will differ almost nightly. This work should take about 2-3 weeks. Please contact District Management Services with any questions or concerns.
July 10, 2009	As part of our continuing efforts to improve the landscaping amenities in Panther Trace II CDD, Management and Cornerstone Tree Farm have worked together to secure an irrigation variance through SWFWMD. This variance will allow the District to increase our watering frequency and be greatly beneficial to improving the aesthetics of Panther Trace II CDD.
June 30, 2009	Storm Water System Blockage Management has observed increased blockages in the storm water system and algae bloom in the ponds of Panther Trace. Much of these problems are caused by grass clippings and fertilizer being washed or placed into the storm water management system. Everyone is encouraged to work together to keep Panther Trace both functional and beautiful.
